Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms apply to the MathsFun application (“the app”) published by bdzapps. By installing or using the app, you agree to them. For versions distributed through Apple's App Store or Mac App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; for Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
License to use the app
You are granted a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute the app as your own or misrepresent its origin.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to harm others. Content you create in the app belongs to you, and you are responsible for backing it up.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bdzapps is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
